We've had frost on frost on frost on frost. My sister sent the cold over from New York so that she could be warmer. And every day the frost is a little thicker, and the icicles grow longer, and the light is more blue and the ground more glittering.

I'm sure i've told you this before, but he looks almost exactly like my cat Domina who had a son named Frodo. I really love how the black of Frodo stands out against the whites of the light shining off the ice.

Thank you :D He's the perfect cat for this weather! I wish I could take the same photos of his brother Gandalf (identical, but grey and white, and pudgy) - but he disappeared a long while ago :-( Your Domina is beautiful too (god, this is a rambling reply :D)
