Danger Ahead

Oh my Gosh! What a wonderful pose, and a really great capture!

The exposure, colouring and depth of field are perfect, and your focal area just right! You've captured his expression and stance perfectly, and the colour-balance is just right other than the slight burnout on his foremost white paw, just saved by the shadowing of his digits.

I have one criticism - yes I'm sure you've guessed it too! The order of the boot!!!!

To make this photo perfect (in my opinion), I would have cloned out that boot/shoe - or whatever that red object is, replaced it with grass, and also, I would have cloned out the slightly distracting twig in the bottom left corner.
